The Business case for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

A recent LinkedIn post by outgoing President Greg DeShields mentions the ever “robust” business case for DEI. Many articles and studies show that there is a strong correlation between successful diversity and inclusion and higher revenue and happier employees (which will also drive up revenue).
